careers - graduate recruitment
LEWIS PR is dedicated to career development offering a variety of training programmes worldwide:
UK LEWIS Employee Development Academy (LEDA)
LEWIS PR is delighted to have recently launched the UK LEWIS Employee Development Academy (LEDA). The LEDA is unrivalled in the industry offering graduate trainees and account executives premier training opportunities. Full days are dedicated to training and development and include classroom-based theory, interactive workshops, group projects, internal and external secondments (onsite with media and clients).
The 18 month programme consists of three six-month modules: Foundation, Executive Management Training – Intermediate and Executive Management Training - Advanced. Trainees have the opportunity for promotion to account executive after passing the initial Foundation module (six-months), followed by a further 12 months structured training offering a fast-track route to becoming a senior account executive.
Training sessions are held at a dedicated training suite in Central London.

Global Switch Programme (GSP)
As part of the LEDA we also offer an international programme - Global Switch Programme (GSP). The GSP maps out the first two years of training for each new recruit. During the first year each graduate works in thier local market, receiving training on the LEDA in media, communications and public relations. In their second year, they are given the option to switch with another trainee in one of the many LEWIS offices. The already successful scheme has allowed the company to mobilise its junior workforce with training and development that ensures consistency across its global network.
European LEWIS Employee Development Academy (LEDA)
The LEDA was created to aid LEWIS' expansion across Europe. Employees enrol on a training programme in Munich, before being deployed back to their local markets. The objective then is to open and establish or support a new LEWIS office. The LEDA gives employees the opportunity to fast track their career through a structured six-month training plan, providing the foundations to become a PR executive.
