Linden Lab appoints LEWIS PR in Japan

~ Linden Lab and LEWIS to build profile of leading virtual world platform, Second Life ~

LEWIS PR, one of the world’s leading independent global public relations agencies has been selected as the agency of record for Linden Lab, creator of the renowned virtual world Second Life, in Japan, effective immediately.  

Linden Lab launched Second Life in Japan in 2006.  As the world’s leading 3D online world, Second Life empowers its “Residents” to create content, interact with others, launch businesses, collaborate and educate in a fully functioning economy that has enriched and touched the lives of a wide swath of Japanese society. Fred Tanaka, General Manager of LEWIS in Tokyo, will lead the program reporting to Jason Link, Linden Lab’s Marketing and PR Manager in Japan.

Japan has a strong and loyal base of users and Second Life’s potential in this market is tremendous. LEWIS developed an aggressive and creative communications program that will further elevate the company's brand and really starts the process of communicating our commitment to grow in Japan.
