LEWIS PR wins IT PR Company of the Year

~ Global agency takes the top PR prize at annual Computing Awards ~

06 Nov 2008

LEWIS PR scooped the title ‘IT PR Company of the Year’ at the Computing Excellence Awards 2008 ceremony last night. The agency took the prize against competition from seven other agencies including Fleishman-Hillard, Weber Shandwick, Brands2Life and Rainier PR.

The award is evidence of LEWIS PR’s significant development in the past 12 months. With 38 offices across the US, EMEA and APAC, LEWIS is one of the fastest growing agencies in the sector. With a media-centric reputation for international campaigns, clients added to the portfolio last year include Parity and Omniture.

We are so delighted to have won this award. To receive recognition from the media industry against such strong competition makes it even more important to us. It’s a credit to our team’s talent, experience and commitment, as well as an incredible corporate growth story. This award acknowledges every office’s hard work and achievements. I’d also like to thank our clients for their continued support, without which this wouldn’t have been possible.

As well as an impressive client list, LEWIS PR filed another year of strong results, with revenues in excess of £16.5m, up by 18%, for its 2007/08 financial year. In the same timeframe, the agency added ten new offices and headcount rose to over 280 staff globally.
