The Swedish e-commerce expert awarded the six-figure campaign, after a three-way pitch. The launch campaign, which has potential to expand across the whole of Europe, will draw upon web 2.0 techniques including viral marketing and blogging. It was experience in these areas, together with the agency’s creative campaign ideas that differentiated LEWIS against competitors.
Avail Intelligence uses collective intelligence and customer behaviour on a website to shape recommendations for customers looking at similar products. By using intelligence solely from the site’s community, rather than product promotions, customers gain a sense of trust from a site, improving the shopping experience and increasing sales.
Avail Intelligence’s technology is being used by over 80 per cent of Scandinavian e-commerce sites including La Redoute and H&M. UK customers include Berry Brothers and DVD.co.uk.
