An opportunity exists for a high calibre graduate/student to support the teams as a PR intern in its Sydney office.

The right candidate will be a focused individual interested in pursuing a career in PR and wanting to gain some hands-on commercial experience.

What
You’ll provide administrative support to the local market PR consultants in every part of their day-to-day duties. The role will be varied, but specific responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the media for breaking news
• Generating daily news scans
• Updating media lists
• Tracking and presenting client coverage
• Creating coverage reports about press clippings and PR activities
• Helping with logistical coordination of press tours
• Assisting with agency office administration

Who
You will need a be a graduate or student with fluent English, strong office skills and lots of enthusiasm, energy and a great attitude. This is a demanding role and will require flexibility, attention to detail and tenacity.

Salary & benefits
This is not a paid position, but will give you vital business experience, which you will be able to add to your CV. Travel allowance and lunch expenses are available.
