The LEWIS culture is unique. We believe the success of our business is dependent on creating an environment like no other.

While ambitious employees create an environment that's motivating and fast-paced, open-plan offices allow the directors to sit within their teams and be on hand to offer advice and support. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and work together to drive to success.

We also believe that our working lives should be enhanced by constructive time away from the office. Sports and social events funded by the company are a regular occurrence, as well as our themed parties and company-wide initiatives.

International opportunities

LEWIS encourages employees to experience working in another international office on secondment. Trips generally last between one to two weeks with objectives outlined in advance. Longer international trips can last between eighteen months and two years and are driven by the overall requirements of specific offices in our network.
