The Vice President position is a key executive management assignment within the organization. Your aim will be to ensure the commercial success of the office while maintaining a hands-on approach with teams and clients. Building upon your current media and industry contacts, you will act as strategic counsel on local client campaigns, lead new business, recruit and manage employees, as well as handle the commercial operation of the office. You will be responsible for the Boston office’s profitability by strategically staffing and maintaining an effective system for budgeting and controlling time and costs, participating in all executive committee decisions, and playing a key role in new business development. You will also work closely with our other US and international offices on global campaigns, and with our domestic back office function.
Driven and ambitious, you have a track record of managing successful PR teams in an agency environment and seek to lead a growing office. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of the US technology market and a proven ability in business development and high quality client service.
