Lucy is responsible for the agency’s account servicing proposition, client service and global best practices. In her 14 years with LEWIS, she has developed many of the agency’s methodologies, including those for client management, measurement and social media and has also led its diversification into digital PR.
Lucy provides strategic direction on accounts and works with clients on messaging, coaching and campaign planning. She has experience both in Europe and the US, has led some of the agency’s largest campaigns for Adobe, Borland, BT and SAP, conducted launch campaigns for numerous start-ups and helped many emerging brands build their profile.
She is a Silver Bernays award holder and a PR News 15 to Watch winner.
