Andy is the longest serving member of staff after our CEO Chris Lewis, having joined LEWIS in early 1996 in London.
At the end of 1998 Andy relocated to San Diego, California, to establish the company’s presence in the US. Staff from the San Diego office went on to open up other offices in California, including San Francisco, San Jose and Los Angeles. Andy oversaw the development of the Los Angeles office in 2008-9.
In 2009, Andy relocated to Singapore to take responsibility for the Asia Pacific region, becoming the first LEWIS staffer to work in three regions for the group.
Andy oversees LEWIS’ five offices in APAC; Bangalore, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney. He is responsible for the growth of the region, business development, personnel, client satisfaction and training.
